Review content:
After a terrible massage with Kelly, the "Spa Director" Denise was rude when I complained about the service. She explained to me that she loved Kelly's massages and that massages are like haircuts sometimes they aren't exactly what you expect??!?! Not sure what that means. After I indicated that I wanted to leave the nail tech a $10 tip, Denise decided that she could give me a $10 discount on the massage. ??? Rachel, I hope you got your tip!
I'm not their biggest client, but I've spent close to $700.00 there in the last couple of months. I've been a client for 5 years and I have never once complained about one thing. I hope they miss my business, because I won't be back. In a down economy, they offer a totally non essential service and argue with a good customer. Wonder how long that is going to work for them??
PS : they have stopped giving bottled water to clients. Water is now distributed in little dixie cups. Nice.
Pros: easy to get to
Cons: Snotty staff, overpriced
