Review content:
I received a $200 gift card for Christmas, so decided to use it. I scheduled a $70 dollar one hour facial from the menu I received with my gift card. The facial lasted all of 42 minutes. And here's the breakdown of time spent: 7 minutes completing paperwork, 15 minutes spent with the aesthetician?s hands on my face, 12 minutes relaxing in facial room alone, 15 minute product explanation. Then another 15 minutes was spent checking out because their prices had increased 64% since December when I received my gift card. The new receptionist mentioned to her manager she was going to call me back to make sure I knew what I had signed up for, but never did. The manager then took the entire gift card for my services that day. I?m so glad I had the gift card, as I would never pay that price for the service I received. In my opinion, there are so many wonderful, relaxing spas in Nashville, and unfortunately, Blue River Canyon is not one of them.
