Businiess name:  Small Talk-Educational Child

Review content:
I enrolled my 11 month old son in Small Talk. The fee is outragous first off. Secondly, the lady that runs it is INCREDIBLY rude. When I took my son out of there ( after just 1 week), she wouldn't even let me get his stuff i.e.favorite blanket, diapers etc..She had me wait until the following Monday before she would let me pick it up. Third, they won't let you back to the classrooms to check on your child. You are only allowed to call. How scary is that?? Fourth, the very FIRST day he was there, he smashed his head so badly that he still has a ""dent"" from it. They didn't even give a reason how it happened, any apology or remorse. They basically acted like it was no big deal, even though he had a HUGE knot and severely bruised. He still has a HUGE "" dent"" in his forehead. The scariest part of the whole experience was the fact that my little guy acted so strange when he was enrolled there. My husband and I noticed a change in his personality. Basically, he acted like a ""zombie"" for lack of a better word. He wouldn't eat, wouldn't play, wouln't barely even smile. He didn't have the normal joy. I was so freaked out by his change that I couldn't leave him there. Instead I took him to "" ALL STARS"" instead. They are wonderful, and very loving with the kids. So in whole, please don't take your children to this awful establishment. It was a horrible experience. Not only for myself, but my young child. \r
