Review content:
With this being my first massage, I was unsure of what to expect. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out my paperwork, and at exactly 3:30 I was called back for my massage. Barbara, my massage therapist, was friendly from the beginning, listening to my needs and making sure that I was comfortable with the pressure and adjusting it to fit my needs. She even recommended stretching exercises for me, noting when I needed to do them, recommended an increase in intake of water, and didn't attempt the 'Hard sell" of a weekly massage. Instead, she suggested once a month to keep my muscles limber (which I had already decided on before she recommended it). If you are looking for a great experience, Barbara is the one for you!
