Here is my experience with this company. I got a flyer from them in my neighborhood newsletter and decided to give them a call. He came out for a quote without notice and I wasn't home. He did the estimate anyway and the price seemed reasonable. He said the work could be done in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later, I called to see if they were still planning to come out. He said that they'd come out that friday. That Friday came and went and I just wrote them off. Then out of the blue, I get a call and he said they could do it tomorrow (the guy is pretty pushy). So I caved in because I really wanted my deck done.
They came out as promised the following day. The proceeded to pressure clean my deck. In doing so, they ruined the surface of the wood. The only way I can describe it is ""fuzzy"". There are a bunch of mini raised pieces of wood that give the wood a fuzzy look. The stain color looks nice though.
Overall, I would never recommend these people to any of my friends.
I don't want to offend the guy that operates this company, but he really needs to work on his customer service skills. I own a retail shop and if I treated my customers this way, I'd be out of business right now.
Pros: apparently the products they use are great
