My mom passed away in Nov 2010, we ordered the headstone in Dec. 2010. Its Feb 24, 2011 and it's still not up. The guy avoided the phone, the lady quit and now the guy is in jail. He has done this to so many people, please tell everyone you know to not use this place. Go some where else. Its so wrong to do a family like this at the time of them hurting and missing their family memeber.
