This bridal salon has extremely poor customer service! I made an appointment to view two gowns which the salesperson ""claimed"" they had. When I arrived they were not prepared for my appointment and did not have the gowns ready - even asked if I had any ideas as to what I would like to try on. The store had one of the gowns but could not find the other. I gave them a picture and gown catalog name to help locate it. She returned w/ a gown claiming ""we found it"". It looked nothing like it! She did this a few more times. We asked if they could find the gown information from the website, but they said they had no internet access. We asked about the designer's catalog and they were not sure they had it (they're listed on the designer's website). Meanwhile I tried on the gown she found for me. She never returned to fit or clip me. My friends finally asked for clips / veil and did this for me. When we tried to take pictures she hurried me off the stage knowing she would not make a sale. This was a very disappointing experience and I would NEVER recommend this shop.
