If you want a trusting company and reliable service, do yourself a favor and use a different moving company. My brother is in the military and they got stationed in Michigan from Mass. Unfortunately W&W has a contract with the military. W&W arrived Wed June 25th to pack up the entire house for the move to MI. They were told the truck would be in MI no later than Monday July 7th which is already a long time to wait for all of your belongings to arrive. It is now Thursday July 10th and still no truck. My brother as well as other military personell have been calling since the weekend to find out the status of the truck. They were told numerous times that they couldn't get in touch with the driver and the latest update before today was the truck left Mass Thursday July 3rd. Since the truck was still MIA this afternoon my brother called again. Now the story is the truck is with Mayflower Moving in Mass and will not arrive to MI until Friday July 18th. The guy basically said ""deal with it"" to my brother. So while he is protecting our country and helping his family deal with moving from MA where they have lived their entire lives to MI he also has to deal with jerks who take an ""I don't care about you just the $"" attitude. What is even worse to me is all the lies they told prior to today. I think it is disgusting what they are doing. I really hope the military revokes the contract from this company because I certainly don't want to give them any of my hard earned money to treat their customers like they are worthless. Their are too many reliable and trusting companies out there who deserve the military contracts. Shame on you W & W! Enjoy the freedoms given to you by the soldiers putting their lives on the line that you are stomping all over.
