Review content:
I have seldom encountered such inexcusably rude, miserable service. \r The minute I walked in, Patty, the owner, abruptly demanded my phone number. She did not smile or greet me.--Patty requested an exorbitant 50% deposit. A friend later called and ascertained that Ednas does not normally charge a deposit. Apparently, the staff discriminated against me for some reason.--I brought in my coat on Jan. 22. Ednas promised to have it ready on Jan. 29. On Feb. 5, I came to pick it up. To my amazement, Patty was mending one spot on my coat! She claimed their machine had broken. This excuse was implausible, since Ednas had my coat for two weeks. They obviously had my phone #, but never informed me of a delay.--As a result of Ednas 10-minute delay, I missed my bus. This was on Feb. 5, 2010, when a blizzard was forecast.--When I later had time to examine my coat, I found five un-mended holes. \r Pros: got my stained coat clean Cons: incredibly bad service
