I've been going to Geena for the past 5 months and she's done my thermal hair straightening twice. Both the times I've been extremely satisfied. She also makes the whole tedious process of hair straightening fun with her funny stories and anecdotes. I really enjoy yakking with her.
The second time I went for straightening, it didn't come out so great when she did it (I've real godawful hair that's soo stubborn) - she felt so bad about it, she asked me to come back again in 3 days and she re did the entire process for me - at NO extra charge! She really goes an extra mile to ensure your hair and you feel great!
Oh and her hair cuts are fabulous too - she's like the one stop for all your hair care needs.
So if you want ""princess hair"" (like she calls it), you've to go see Geena.
The salon is located in heart of Bellevue downtown and is very easily accessibly.
