I spent months researching salons specializing in japanese straightening/thermal reconditioning through personal recommendations and websites. Having been my second round of straightening, I was particularly nervous to get it done in Seattle as opposed to LA or NY where the service has been more popular and there are more salons specializing in the service. I came across Geena Moon and could not be happier. For anyone not familiar with the process, it is truly a high maintenance service. It takes a skilled professional to ensure that your hair is treated properly. Geena was meticulous in treating every single strand of hair!! She was truly delightful during the 4.5 hour process and gave me quite the educational lesson on the treatment itself and tips for proper maintenance. My hair looks and feels straighter and healthier than ever before... and i save 20 minutes a day by not having to blow-dry or straighten in the morning. She is the best!
