I've had my hair thermally reconditioned before, but unfortunately, I was never educated about my hair and have dealt with unruly, dry, and frizzy hair forever. Geena did a great job of evaluating the current condition of my hair and providing an upfront recommendation about what I really needed to do to take care of it if I was going to move forward with a thermal reconditioning. The process was a lot quicker than it used to be (3 hours vs the 8 that I had spent at Juno's). I think because the treatment solution has been improved. The results were great! I was so happy I came back to Geena on Wednesday for a color. Even with all the treatment to my hair, my hair is feeling softer than before. Geena really knows what she's doing, and the post care advice is priceless. Thanks Geena!
