Geena is wonderful! This was my first experience with Japanese thermal straigtening. Geena met with me a week before the service and did a free consult where she asked very thorough questions about my hair's history and answered all of my questions about the service. She is very knowledgable, professional, and really fun to talk to, as well. She told me everything about what to expect for the service and there were absolutely no surprises. I had very thick, damaged, curly red hair and after the service it is healthy, shiny and totally straight. I used to have to blowdry and flat iron for over an hour to get my hair straight, now it is wash-and-go beautiful. Salon Rubio staff were all very friendly and fun, it seemed like most of the clients were regulars and everyone was so upbeat and cheerful. It made for a really great experience.
