Review content:
I've never tried any type of chemical or laser treatments on my face. I learned about Radiesse and researched it extensively. I liked the fact that the results lasted about a year and that it stimulated your own collagen production. I was intrigued, yet a bit afraid: after all, it is my face, and I didn't want to risk scarring. I appreciated having a true physician, Dr. Falvo, answer my medical questions, and I was reassured. We took a before photo and she followed my directions for a conservative dosage. I can't stand needles, but I was thrilled that her skillful needle technique didn't hurt at all. The only side effect was a mild bruising that I covered with a good concealer that I use for my under-eye circles. About 6 weeks later, I went back for my ""after"" photo. Then I could really see the difference in the creases around my mouth! Because the results were so gradual, no one asked if I had had anything ""done."" Pros: expertise; long-lasting results Cons: not open on weekends
