Review content:
Avoid this place. Call bells go unanswered for hours. The management style is micromanagement and because of that the place is understaffed and the staff that is there is not allowed to make independent decisions. The CNA's are mostly not certified and are just taken off the street and trained. Your loved one will wait forever to get a simple request and could be dead for hours before anyone even checks on them. Very unprofessional. The place is filled with germs and patients are constantly being treated in unhealthy environments. The social worker staff is incompetent and can not even perform the most simple tasks requested by the family or patient without being hand directed. I would not put my loved one in here.
