Maxwell is a horribly neglected Lhasa Apso whom my special needs animal rescue pulled from a shelter with a high euthanasia rate on Dec. 22nd. After a vet visit, he needed an emergency grooming appointment for HUGE, painful mats covering his whole body. Apparently, the day we pulled him from the shelter was the busiest grooming day of the year because of the Holidays. After calling over 20 groomers (some of them downright unfriendly), I finally called Brentwood Grooming. They were so friendly, and despite being completely booked, made time and even stayed late to help Maxwell. They were very gentle and patient with this terrified abused dog. After a lengthy shave down, Maxwell is a new dog.Now Maxwell can find himself something he has never known- a loving family to call his own. Thank You, Brentwood Grooming, from the bottom of my heart for going above and beyond what any other groomer in the area was willing to do. Maxwell thanks you too.
