Review content:
I was was going to a doctor in Springfield, Ohio and when I moved to Champaign County It was recommended that I go to Consolidated Care since I was no longer In Clark County and it was closer for me to go to Consolidated Care. I found it did not work well for me at all. The psychiatrist they gave me was someone I could not deal with and I asked to change and they would not grant the change. They had three at the time. Actually my councilor wanted me to change also, he said thought the other doctor was better. I was told by the counselor I was seeing also that several people did not like this lady. In the end she quit anyway. I was told in a fit of rage. Another time when I was seeing my councilor and I was ready to leave and was checking out the two girls at the counter just talked and talked and ignored me, they were talking about plants if I remember right, seemed rather rude to me. The one lady finally got my next appointment for me, seemed to take forever. I sent a letter to Consolidated Care telling them I was not happy with the way I was treated and the the response they sent in a letter seemed rather cold and you need to get in here and discuss this. It is a bit hard to explain, but I felt like they were putting the blame on me somehow. There was no apology in the letter for the way I was treated, the letter seemed hash to me not caring and concerned. I just gave up at that point. All I know is I would never go back. I know some other people who go there and I can not say they are helping then a lot in my opinion, maybe I am wrong. You might find it better for you. I just would not recommend this place to anyone myself.\r
