Review content:
We were there for Business and my Friends and family came there for wedding few days later. It used to be the Heartland inn now it is Days Inn & Suites. They have completely remodeled the whole hotel. The beds were great, breakfast was great, pillows were great, and fitness room was upgraded as well. My kids loved the pool. I have been here before when it use to be Heartland Inn I can see the improvements were needed but the new folks here have done a marvelous job and they truly care about each guest that stays there. They took the time to show their other rooms that might be useful if we were to stay again, they also have meeting place as well. We were impressed that the owner of the place was there and asked for our input in what can be done better to make our stay perfect. They are near the crossroads mall and all the local eating places are walking distance. They also offer evening snacks such as popcorn and cookies that are baked every day. I told them thanks for everything they have done and told them that we will be back for sure. I would tell everyone to stay here if in area of waterloo Iowa.
