Best Company to do business with.
I have been doing business with World Trade Copiers now since 1996 and i am a law firm with only 1 machine, and in all these year i have yet to get.
1 Always a pleasure, they have a personalized atmosphere, i deal with the same people, no need for me for to always speak to someone who does not know me.
2 Dealing with Joe Berg is always a pleasure, not just that i have his cell phone, email, direct line, which he has on his business card, if i miss him, i know i will get a call back almost immediately.
3 Today being 14 years later, and you would think that i dont need to be impressed by personal care, think again, i get a phone call every once in a while either from Joe himself or from the service department to make sure that everything is fine.
Now let me tell you a little story so you can really appreciate who World Trade Copiers really is.
9/11/01 affected everyone, and World Trade Copiers was right there, with no internet access anymore, phone service anymore, but guess what a few days after 9/11 we got a envelope from World Trade Copiers #1 to inform us as a customer that everyone is fine, and service will continue as normal, and gave us a list of cell phone #'s to call when we need service, we called 1 of the #'s Dina at the time (her name i will never forget, i remember that moment) answered the call, and within a few hours a tech was at our office taking care of our machine.
BOTTOM LINE: World Trade Copiers is the best company i ever dealt with, i will never leave them even for better price, and Joe is a Man of his word, and will never let you down.
Do Business with them, You will be Happy from day 1 and on from there.
