My husband and I used to go to Monterrey's every Tuesday night with his grandmother. \r
Unfortunately, since my husband and I both have an evening job now, we can't go as much as we used to.\r

But I CRAVE this food. The only time I have ever had Mexican food that even begins to compare to this, I was in MEXICO!!!! \r
The best dish on the menu I have had so far is the Quesidilla Fijita Beef. It is smothered with cheese and filled with green and red bell peppers, steak, and onions. YUM!!!\r
Not only that, their chips aren't too thin, and aren't too thick. The salsa is to DIE FOR. ... I could put the salsa in a glass and drink it, yes, it is that good. \r
The bowl of cheese is a little outrageous on price, but it is excellent as well. They don't try to thin it out with extra milk in the mix like some restaurants do. \r
Drinks are buy one get one before 6pm, and I think it is either Wednesday or Thursday, but they have a mariatchi band that comes to play. How Fun!!!\r

Only a few complaints really, and by no means does will they keep me from coming back. \r
1. the bowl of cheese is too expensive.\r
2. please fix the parking lot .... it is so dangerous to park there, I once hit a car trying not to hit that orange wall. (I did exchange info with other owner)\r
3. when you order chips and salsa to go, there is hardly any salsa given. You pour it out by the truckload at the table, come on .... increase the amount in take-out orders.
