this was the first apartment i moved into..i really should have known it was the hood by its location and the cheap rental rates..i lived here for a year--no sort of maintenance occured except for the lawn...the wood around the apts needed changing the rails were broken down..no up-keep what-so-ever..my neighbor had too many guys over who smoke weed, and they were always noisy--had to report them numerous times..my toilet was broken it took a week for them to fix.that shouldnt be knowing that a toilet is something i really need to have..the area around the shower head needed fixing..i didnt even bother to call them to report it....i would say two thumbs down! ive now moved sept 30th and im very happy with my new place! oh and i forgot i agree with the poster below..THE MAIN GATE WAS BROKEN EVERY TIME
