Review content:
I will never be their customer. Never dealt with them before but was given a ""German Chocolate"" as gift for kids who love that cake. Only the store make devil's food cake with the german cake's icing and seems oblivious that it is NOT a german chocolate cake as there is no german chocolate (a very light chocolate as compared to the very dark Devil's food) in it (that's how it gets the name). I took it back completely untouched because the kids will not eat devil's food so it was a waste a gift. The store's reaction was not to either just return the money or offer another cake but refuse to do anything because that is how they make ""german chocolate"" . I left the cake on the counter because I was going to have to throw it out anyway. My friend was so embarassed when she found out the cake was not what she thought she was ordering. What a waste of someone's thoughtfulness over what was likely $15 to $20 because this bakery doesn't either know or care that a german chocolate cake is suppose to made with german chocolate in if you are actually advertising it as a german chocolate cake.
Pros: Seems to have decent cakes
Cons: False advertising/lack of basic cake knowledge
