This must be the worst maintained Ross in the chain. It's sad because their selection is among the best. Unfortunately, the store is not properly staffed so you really have to hunt and hunt through piles of stuff to find your treasures. Yes, I've found great bargains here and am still a regular shopper. But I only come when I know I can afford the couple of hours it will take to wind through the mess and then to stand in line for a LONG time. I would probably buy more if the store were better organized.
