First let me preface this by saying that this review dates back to the late 90s, which is the last time I used their services, so take it with that grain of salt, but the reason I never went back, despite their good selection and OK rental prices is, my movies were due back on 10a that day. I went to the store at 955a and waited at the front door with movies in hand. 5-7 minutes past scheduled opening time, a sour-faced woman rolled up and announced to everyone waiting, 'If they're not in the drop box, they're late.' I paid my late fees and that was the last dollar they ever got out of me.
