Review content:
The new location here was nice looking and had ample parking, nice lighting and a clean look about it. The cooks however, were not the best I've seen at a Ruth Chris location. I have never been so let down by the chain before. My best experience being San Francisco. I had to return my Rib Eye, TWICE because it was SO far off from what I requested. They did fix it though, and apologized numerous times which made me a little at ease. Very nice people. The wine list was decent and the bottle I received was served at the correct temperature as well, which is rare to see.
Pros: Nice servers
Cons: They apparently don't know what rare, medium, etc means.
