Review content:
It all started out with a rugby game... and there I was, with a torn ACL. The first couple weeks after my knee surgery were tough, after 5 hours without the painkillers it got unbearable. But once I was able to function I stepped into this wonderful place. The staff is genuinely friendly and cares about your progress, and, Michele, the Therapist really knows what shes doing; this is not an electro-stim and hot pack physical therapy. Michele uses a non invasive technique that feel like she is doing absolutely nothing but alleviates the pain she called it ""strain/counter-strain""! Once I started getting stronger, and feeling better she introduced me to Pilates, and that was exciting, she taught me how to maintain my own health in a more holistic way and helped me realize my muscular weaknesses. All in all I came out stronger than what I was before the incident, with balanced muscles, stronger abs, and better posture!
