I bought an antenna and didn't receive the cable. I tried to call them by phone for 16 days, to no avail. There was always 2 excuses---- (1) a recording said ""we are closed today, call back tomorrow"" (2) a recording put me on ""please hold"" forever. I finally called the manufacturer and was immediately helped with the problem. I hope this gets posted so buyers won't go through the trouble I had. DO NOT BUY FROM CELL PHONE MALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
