This was our first time to order a turducken. I wanted to choose a New Orleans based business, since I trust their creative skills. This was an absolute winner! I ordered it late on a Friday afternoon, it was shipped frozen on Monday and arrived frozen in a styrofoam cooler sealed in a box. I then thawed it in the frig until Sunday morning. I cooked mine in our roaster oven in a Reynolds oven bag. The 10# turducken cooked in 3 1/2 hours. It just ""fell off the bones,"" as the saying goes, LOL. It was moist, flavorful, absolutely delicious! A must try!
