I spent $122 dollars buying two plants and fertilizer from these rude, arrogant people. I was told by an employee to use this fertilizer every other day when watering to keep the plants blooming. One of the plants started looking bad and I took it back to see what was going on. I have never been treated so rude, EVER! They wouldn't know what customer service is insulted and made a simple problem into a major issue. From what they will loose because of insulting a paying customer who could have been treated with respect and done what they should have done, they have lost a good customer and I will tell everyone that I come in contact about them and to not spend their money there. They need to read a book on customer service! RUDE, RUDE!
