Review content:
I have never met a single person who is as cold blooded and greedy as the dentists at this practice in my entire 47 years of life. My husband was hit on the head by one of their hygienist's elbow by mistake while he was lying on the chair in Dec 2009. He kept throwing up for several days after that, went to the Dublin Urgent Care that sent him to the Dublin Methodist Hospital for a CT scan, and was diagnosed that he had concussion. We asked this dentistry practice to pay our out-of-pocket medical bills (about $1100), but they said the practice was not responsible and claimed that the hygienist hit him only lightly, so it was my husband who was ""too volunerable"" to be sitting on a dentist chair because of the neck surgery that he had a few years before, and that the diagnosis by the Dublin Methodist Hospital was untrustworthy because it was just a ""hear say"" about being hit. (Note: Before he went to this dentistry, he had been a patient of another dentist for years with absolutely no problem. We had to find a new dentist due to the change in the health insurance network.) We filed a suit at Franklin County small claims court against this practice for our out-of-pocket medical bills in Dec 2010, but their lawyer transferred it to a regular court so that we would give up and dismiss the case becasue it would be too expensive for us to pursue. Also, my husband has ended up losing his job because he had to use 2 vacation days when he kept throwing up blood at home and at work, and when he really needed vacation days later, he no longer had any vacation days which ultimately caused him to lose his job of 22 years. People out there - can you imagine the pain we are feeling? The world that people with money can only win... If you feel sorry for us, we will appreciate it if you can spread this story by word of mouth. Thank you.\r

Update as of 1/18/2011 --- We were forced to dismiss the case because their lawyer kept threatening us by letters and a phone call to dismiss the case, saying that they would make us pay a lot of money for their damage in court (what damage do they have?!), that it would cost us a lot of money for hiring a lawyer and for the doctor of the Dublin Methodist Hospital for a testimony, and that we wouldn’t win because he knew the law better. If they are so confident that they would win, why did they not let the Small Claims court handle this case and why did they transfer it to regular court? Why should my husband and I be treated like this? They treated us as if we were con artists. All we asked was money for our out-of-pocket medical bills for the injury caused by their hygienist. It is the fact that my husband kept throwing up for days after being hit by the hygienist, and that the hospital diagnosed that he had concussion. What kind of human beings are Dr. Conroy and Dr. O’brien? People out there – Take it from me. We know their true colors. They are terrifyingly evil. We are devastated with financial difficulties and my husband's job loss, but strongly believe that they will receive divine punishment.
