Review content:
I spent $22k with David Hetrick at Exterior Concepts. Here are the facts:
1) He said that he would do the work himself. Over the course of 90 days, he spent at most 2 full days on the job site.
2) He subcontracted work to poor quality contractors who delivered wrong product and poor installation.
3) David promised to fix any/all problems and provide a warranty. After he was paid (prior to completion of project - my fault for listening to him), he ignored all phone calls. I had to hire somebody else to finish the job and correct the problems.
