Watch out for these guys!! I had a blocked drain that needed unplugged. I was told that it was $129 fee to come assess and would come off the cost to clean out (last clean out was $149 from another company two months prior).
The guy came in, came to my counter, opened a book and told me it would be an ADDITIONAL $399 to clean out my drain. He didn't even LOOK at my problem. When I balked and asked why he didn't tell me what it might cost on the phone I was told ""I'm not allowed to"".
So they KNEW what it would cost prior to coming out and ""weren't allowed"" to tell me because they knew that NOBODY in their right mind would pay $530 to clean out a drain!!
I complained to the company, they told me they would look in to it and get back to me. They charged my card and I never heard another peep. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
