I recently moved from Colorado to Los Gatos into a well-used apartment. The carpets had been neglected for years and were so bad, I wondered if I should replace them or have them cleaned. I called Sparkling Carpets and left a message. Within minutes, they returned my call, set an appointment, and had their team leader meet with me to assess the cleaning task at hand. Within days, their team was on-site, provided a very reasonable quote, and proceeded to clean the carpets. The results were amazing to the point where some areas looked new. I was delighted with the work at an affordable price. In my job as Director of Operational Excellence, we focus on superior quality, outstanding customer service, and world-class operations efficiency.
