If your reading this, then you must be exactly where I was a few days ago. Your looking for a reputible skin care and laser company but just arn't sure who to trust. Well, I got in contact with this company thru a $300 prize won at an expo. I was skeptical at first, but after going in for a consultation, my fears were replaced with excitement. I spoke with the manager at this Jacksonville, FL location and immediatly felt at home. She is extreemly bubbly and easy to talk to. I even voiced my concerns and reservations (especially after reading some of the reviews online) and she reasured me thru many reasons including the switch of a new CEO in november, that the company has made VAST improvements in the saftey and customer care areas. When you visit this location you can see it! The staff is EXTREEMLY pleasant and friendly and they take care of you! The prices are definatly not like buying a pair of shoes at DSW but compaired to the other local locations, however they are VERY reasonably priced and she NEVER once made me pressured to buy. They arn't SKIMPY on their service measurments either! Lisa (the manager) put me at ease and she even brought me back to the laser room to perfom a test spot so I knew what to expect. It wasnt painful at all! I also got a chance to speak with the woman who would be doing my Microderm. Her name is Mari and she is SOOOO sweet! To give you a good idea of how DETICATED they are to their clients, she went out of her way to stay an HOUR past closing time to sit and discuss my anguish about my acne and how I could treat it. She gave me EXCELENT advice on home care and it made me feel so wonderful! \r
I can't speak for all locations, but I can for this one. From the vast medical backgrounds to the personal touch you get when you are there, I definatly reccomend Jacksonville, FL's American Laser Center. They are wonderful!\r
