On Easter, we went to the Parrot cellular store, but it was closed due to the holiday. My roommate wanted to switch from Verizon to AT & T and was ready to buy ...\r
So we returned the next day at 4pm The sign on the door said they were short-staffed and went on a lunch break and would return at 4:30pm......so we went on an errand and returned....finally at 4:35 two different guys pulled up in cars and unlocked the store......( WHY did BOTH have to take lunch at the same time?) So there were lots of customers waiting and one customer looked contagious and sick and it was going to take another 35 minutes for us to get a phone and account activated. We got frustrated and left and went home and ordered new service and a phone online.....
Pros: good parking
Cons: awful service....he kept picking his nose too
