My family had been a loyal customers for years despite being pricey because they were the only place that delivered here. We finally gave up on the place when we made an order for delivery. After waiting an hour and a half, we called. They told us that we're out of their delivery area and if we still wanted the pizza we'd have to pick it up. We explained that they had delivered to us bunches of times and we've always tipped well. They said, ""Well, not anymore."" We asked why they didn't at least call us rather than letting us wait an hour and a half. They were too bust to call, they said.
