If you go to a mat class at Harmony, you will be led through some wonderful combinations of the Plates matwork by expert teachers. But, and this is the important part, these teachers really care if you are correctly working in a form that will allow you to achieve the maximum benefit and not injure yourself. Teachers give students individual attention and clear directions and help with a sense of touch and other props if the student might need them.\r
The private classes are not just instructional but therapeutic; I always leave with some new sense of how I am moving and how I can be more efficient.\r
The cost of classes is comparative to other studios, but I feel that I get so much more out of the work!\r
Pros: Great parking; teachers are friendly and welcoming
