Maybe it seems odd that an employee will admittingly post a review, but I thought I would.\r

As a registered Yoga teacher with over 12 years teaching experience, I want to share with you why I love to teach at Harmony.\r
\r
#1~ the integrity of the business. It is about our clients first and foremost. Making sure people are happy and meeting their goals; being challenged realistically and helping them to honor themselves.\r
\r
#2~ the commitment to our community. We love Apex. We help support not only our local businesses, but non-profits such as Pretty In Pink Foundation, Wake Crisis Ministries, and the yearly Christmas Store. We know we are blessed to be able to stay in business and want to continue to pay it forward to others.\r

#3~ The students. We have a wonderful mix of real students. Working professionals, Mom's and Dad's, siblings. We strive to continue to grow our community, It's personal and welcoming. Like Cheers, we know your name and are so happy to see you. \r

If you are thinking of trying Yoga, Pilates or Dance, come in for a class. Trust me, you will be so glad you did! \r
