If you notice, all these reviews are actually from insiderpages. If you go there you will see Livesay's reponse to almost all of them. Citysearch is sub-par when it comes to a review board compared to others. However, they are not as bad as merchant circle who is extremely unethical in regards to Businesses being able to ""manage"" their reviews to whatever they want,
Livesay would like you to know that we work hard to communicate with our clients and prospects to make sure that there is an honest and accurate picture of who we are and what we do. Please give us a call with any questions you may have!
We haven't found how we can respond to reviews on this board so we rated ourselves the average rating that was given by actual reviewers so that we do not skew customer opinions.
