Last summer when it was scorching hot out., my air quit working and my house was miserable. I had called two separate air companies and they said they would be right out. Neither showed up. The following week my neighbor gave me a card for ILLINOIS CLIMATE CONTROLS. I made the call and that day someone was out to fix the issue. I finally had air again and my family was happy. That winter I had ILLINOIS CLIMATE CONTROLS come out and clean and check my furnace. Durning his inspection he informed me my furnace was pretty old and told me I was losing efficiency causing my gas bills to be higher than they should be. I found him telling me all kinds of imformation I had never knew. He continued cleaning the furnace and found a hole in the heat exchanger. He informed me how dangerous something like this could be to my family. That hole was leaking Carbon Monoxide into my house and I didn't even know it. Without his complete inspection my three kids and husband could have been seriously harmed. I thank ILLINOIS CLIMATE CONTROLS for saving my families life.
