Review content:
This was my worst experience ever going to a shoe repair shop. The owner was not only extremely rude to me, but also to the two people in front of me. I had come in asking him for advice to prevent a cracks in leather. I had a crack in my boot which I showed him and he then proceeded to tell me ""You have nice boots and should not be allowed to own boots like that. There is nothing I can do. You ruined them."" So the entire time I was getting yelled at I was holding 2 products and trying to purchase them. After his 10 minute thrashing I purchased the items (only because I needed them ASAP or else I would have left beforehand). It was an awful experience. And my boots were in such bad shape because I followed his instructions on how to care for them last fall. The boots that he also said that nothing could be done to where sent to another cobbler who made them look like knew. I really don't think he should be so rude to customers because his lack of skill. He also yelled at me for having them resoled by another cobbler and then tried to blame the crack on them. Overall it was a horrible experience and I do not recommend anybody go to him ever for anything. I will never go there again. Afterall Beacon Hill Shoe repair (Who also has the Barney's NY account did a fabulous job repairing my Fiorentini + Baker boots). Cons: extremely bad customer service and skills for shoe repair
