Review content:
I have lived in San Francisco, New York and Paris and Mingo's in Beaverton is one of my favorite places to dine. The food is always hot and expertly prepared. The staff is pleasant and friendly and will gladly prepare dishes the way you may prefer them. Try the Sugo which takes 12 hours to prepare or, if luck is on your side, the seafood pasta in lemon horseradish sauce it epic. The wine list can be expensive, but if you ask for help a less expensive alternative is always recommended and never never sneered at. It is just one of the happiest experiences on earth. Now go!
Pros: Epic food, the staff that always remembers you, windows open to the outdoors in spring and summer
Cons: Parking can be difficult on Friday and Saturday nights
