This mom and kids organization in Kenner has no idea what they are doing. They did not listen to my instructions when I tried over and over to explain to them what I needed, and then lost all the files on my computer without backing them up (which I paid extra for). When I tried to discuss it with a technician (the kids) the mom hung up on me over and over and would not let me speak with them.
It was my worst nightmare. Do not under any circumstances use this ""company"" if you value your computer or files. They are clueless. No idea if the Westbank office is any different. They may be unaffiliated.
Cons: completlely inept and destroyed my computer
