Review content:
We have used Georgia Carpets several times over the past 20 years - for three different homes. I first did business with Irv - I believe the original owner - father of the current owner. We most recently made a purchase in December, 2010. We have always been treated well, gotten excellent service and very competitive pricing. \r
One time - about 18 years ago - there was a problem. The color of a product did not work in my home. I truly should have caught the issue, but the small sample did not look as bad as the whole room completed. Georgia Carpets re-did the job for us because we were good customers. I have never forgotten that; THAT is good customer service. \r
I have sent many people to them and all have been pleased. The negative reviews really surprised me - especially speaking about the employees - Bob has helped us many times through the years and has always treated us with the utmost respect. Georgia Carpets has always been my first stop for carpet needs.
