Let me start off by saying I am SUPER picky about who does my hair. I have lived in Federal Hill for a year and was commuting back home an hour every two months for highlights and a cut. I finanly decided to try a new place in Federal Hill. I decided to try the Phillip Michael studio b/c of the reviews I read on this site.. and omg they were so true. I LOVEEEEE my hair. Phillip did an amazing job with my highlights and my side bangs are awsome. He also gave me tips on how to blowdry my hair. I called on a Tuesday and he fit me into his schedule the next day. The best part about Phillip is that he really cares about how he makes your hair look. He takes the time to listen to what you want and offer suggestions. I will 110% be back in two months!
