I went to Phillip because I wanted a change. My friends told me that if I was going to do a drastic change to spend the money to get it done right. Someone once told me that if you see a haircut that you love on someone, ask them where they had it done. I did that, and several of the people I asked had their hair done by Phillip Michael. I was nervous. Phillip took control and I trusted him. I came in with a picture and he told me in a nice way that it wasn't the look for my hair. Im glad he told me instead of just trying to take the fast money. Anyway, I had a great experience. They play great music ""satellite"" I did some E-mailing ""Wi-Fi"" while my hot, new color was processing. Everyone that was working there was doing really impressive work. I didn't feel like I was in the typical everyone wears black and we're gonna sell you a 100 bucks worth of products salon. I will definately go back. I am so happy with my new look, and am impressed with the creative vision it took to do it. GO TO THIS SALON!!!!!
Pros: casual atmosphere,dedeicated people
Cons: had to leave a mesg for appt,but they did call right back
