Review content:
Phillip Michael Studio is the best by far! I've been to several salons in the Baltimore area (including other high-end places) and this far outranks all of the others. (I'm very picky about my hair and I have always been thrilled with my visits to this salon.)
First - Phillip is a master of color and cut! I feel great when I leave and I know my hair looks fab!
Second - Customer Service is something these folks take pride in. When I was pregnant, Phillip let me take a break to eat (I had a late appointment). When I called to make an appointment when the bebe was only 6 weeks, he said ""Bring her along!"". He said there was space to feed her if necessary (and it was!). He was very accommodating and I never felt guilty for bringing her there.
Third - The atmosphere is laid back. Conversation never feels forced (I hate when stylists feel like they need to fill quite.)
Fourth - Did I mention that Phillip is a master?
