I'd gotten used to spending $70 on a haircut and hating it for a few weeks until it grew in enough that I could work with it. Isn't that just the way it goes? Nope. Phillip has been doing my hair for six months now, and I leave the salon ready to go out, I love the cut the first time I wash it and do it myself, and it still grows out gracefully over the next 8 weeks. Phillip listens to me, but he also has great taste and I trust his advice. He never rushes me, and, bonus, he's super fun to spend an afternoon with.
Pros: Listens. Great Taste. Takes His Time.
Cons: Wish he were in Fells Point.
