I purchased a round trip ticket from sai travel SFO-KHG-SIN-HYD. The Air Lines invoved were Cathy & Air India. Air India has code share with SilkAir to fly from SIN to Hyd. On Oct 31st 2005 this code share agreement was terminating. I knew this but he in spite of being a travel agent did not know this (His name was Mohan or something). I requested again & again to him to put me in some other airline that actually flies from Hyderabad, but he did not listen. Well, I had to pay some extra money to cathay pacific to make that change for me in Hyd, they were very helpful.\r

But I have decided never to buy any tickets again from Sai Travel, who doesnt even know which aitline is flying where or flying at all.
Pros: I cannot think of any except cheap ticket that may work 75% of times.
Cons: 25% of the times you will find stranded in some remote country with a worthless ticket in your hand issued by Sai Travel.
