Leave It To Us is fair, expeditious, friendly, deeply trustworthy, absolutely responsive and resourceful.
This is my eleventh year of doing this work, and they are the first ones I call, and are usually my only call. They know me and my guests so well, and they always take care of me via my guests experiences. With their quality of service, I can rest assured that my guests will always be well taken care of.
Of course, every now and again, there might be an issue to resolve or problem to fix, every now and again meaning hardly ever! However, with something like this, they are always more than fair and entirely approachable which is completely refreshing! Even if it's my problem, by giving them the wrong date or something, they are so fast to find an equitable solution without any reservation and they are always cheerful correcting an issue as they are selling a ticket. I absolutely count on them and don't know what I'd do without them!
